Terms & Conditions Crown66 – Official Rules & Policies of Malaysia's Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and Crown66 ("We", "Platform", or "Crown66"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Crown66.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by using the Crown66 platform in any way, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained herein.

To register and use the Crown66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily of their own accord, and not under any form of coercion or external influence.
• Must not be on any exclusion list or have self-excluded from any gambling programme.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Crown66 recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify Crown66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

Crown66 bears no responsibility for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

All financial transactions on Crown66 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Crown66 does not accept transactions in any foreign currency.

Crown66 accepts the following payment methods:

Crown66 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 or for accounts that have not yet completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This is a standard security measure to protect our members.

Crown66 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, sports rebate, and casino cashback. Each promotion carries its own terms and rollover (wagering) requirements.

General terms applicable to all Crown66 bonus:

• Bonuses are valid for one claim per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits used to claim a bonus must come from a legitimate source and belong to the member personally.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bets placed below the minimum stake threshold will not count towards rollover calculations.
• Crown66 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.

General Sports Betting rules at Crown66:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Bets placed after a match has started, without active live betting, will be automatically voided.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded unless the match resumes within 24 hours.
• For accumulator (parlay) bets, if one or more selections are voided, the remaining selections will be recalculated based on the applicable odds.
• Crown66 reserves the right to void or adjust bets where there is a significant odds error resulting from a technical fault or incorrect input.

For live betting, odds are updated in real time and Crown66 reserves the right to suspend markets at any point during a match depending on match conditions.

The Crown66 platform offers slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), and progressive jackpots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Playtech, and Spadegaming. All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot is as stated in the individual game information.
• Progressive jackpots are shared across all Crown66 players and grow in real time.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any pending bets will be refunded to your account balance.
• Crown66 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions on the member's end.

Crown66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering using a false or borrowed identity.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or platform technical vulnerabilities with clear intent.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at Crown66 staff or other members.
• Filing unauthorised chargebacks with a payment provider.
• Violation of any section within these Terms & Conditions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Crown66 support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned following standard processing.

Crown66 treats member privacy as a top priority. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with Crown66's separate Privacy Policy and the provisions of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Crown66 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers. Your financial data is never stored in plain text and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by Malaysian law.

Crown66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Crown66 website. Members will be notified via email or in-platform notification for any material changes.

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the Crown66 platform, we encourage you to contact the Crown66 support team first. Our team will work to resolve any issue within 72 business hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.
